In pastry making in BTM, Special mention for certain teachers and the very patient and caring administrative framework. I recommend this school with its various interventions with professionals.

As for the menu, simple products but enhanced by perfect cooking and great mastery in terms of seasoning.
From starter to dessert 🍨it was enchanting and when it comes to the price, it's more than affordable, for such quality!.

I did a pizza maker training at Ceproc which went really well, the trainer was really great, he taught us a lot of things.... If I could I would do this training again
I was a student in this establishment, this establishment and quite strict in terms of regulations. Unfortunately we have to pay for the canteen which unfortunately is not in very good taste (external service provider) however there are excellent teachers including Monsieur Bosquet (technology teacher) who is very educational, Madame Benatar (management teacher) who made me reconnect with management, and Mr. Samake (professor of applied sciences) very good teacher.
